CityU wanted an up-to-date, complete view of how its internal and external stakeholders see the university.
Our approach
Focus groups with students, graduates and employers, and interviews with alumni and faculty, gave a rounded view, including where groups disagreed.
The result
A roadmap for activating CityU across the student journey, focused on a proactive, encouraging learning environment.
